Who We Are
SkillRoad is operated by MG Labs Limited, with its registered office at Office 3906, 39th Floor, The Center, 99 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong.
What We Collect
Your account: email address and display name, used for login (via one-time passcode or Google sign-in).
API usage: we log which endpoints are called, credits charged, response times, and errors. This powers billing, your dashboard, and helps us debug issues.
Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
How We Use It
To run the Service: authenticate you, process API calls, charge credits, enforce rate limits, and prevent abuse. We also generate aggregated stats for publisher dashboards and leaderboards (no personal info is shared).
We do not sell your data. We do not run ads. We do not track you across other sites.
Who Sees Your Data
Upstream API providers receive the request parameters you send through us — that's how the proxy works. We don't control what they do with it.
Stripe processes your payments. AWS hosts our infrastructure. Beyond that, we only share data when legally required.
OAuth Tokens
When you connect a third-party account (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), we store your OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Tokens are only decrypted when making an API call you or your agents initiated. We don't use them for anything else. Disconnect anytime and the tokens are deleted immediately.
AI Agent Activity
When your AI agents use the platform, we log the agent ID, endpoints called, and credits consumed. This is tied to your account for billing. Request parameters are hashed in logs — we don't store raw params beyond what's needed to process the request.
Security
HTTPS everywhere. Sensitive data encrypted at rest. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures.
Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use means you accept the changes.
